In 2010, Chen Longxi joined Xiongwei as a front-line operator. Just one year after joining the factory, he transformed the thread processing device into a rotary integrated structure, reducing the single-process time by two-thirds. Over the past 16 years, he has grown from a welding robot technician to an Automation Supervisor, overcoming technical challenges such as industrial robot control and system integration. The company has also built a comprehensive innovation platform for him, helping him gradually become a core backbone of intelligent manufacturing.

II. Breaking Monopoly, Filling the Gap

In 2014, Chen Longxi faced the first major challenge of his career — leading the R&D of China's first dual-machine linkage seat pan production line. At that time, China's automotive seat pan production was completely dependent on imports, and core technologies were firmly controlled by foreign enterprises, resulting in high costs and unguaranteed delivery cycles. Leading the team from scratch, Chen Longxi conquered a series of world-class technical problems, including the design of 900T+800T dual stamping press linkage, micron-level precise transfer of automatic robotic arms, and integrated forming of multiple stamping processes.

During that period, the workshop became their "second home". They revised the plan hundreds of times, and overnight equipment debugging was commonplace. In the end, this production line was successfully completed and put into operation, completely breaking the decades-long foreign technological monopoly and filling the gap in China's independent production of automotive seat pans. Today, the products produced by this production line not only meet the needs of major domestic automakers, but also achieve reverse export to European and American markets, establishing Xiongwei's leading position in the global automated production of automotive seat components.

III. Empowering New Energy, Accelerating Intelligent Manufacturing

With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry, the requirements for production precision and efficiency of core safety components have increased exponentially. In 2020, Chen Longxi keenly grasped the industry trend and led the team to take the lead in the R&D of new energy vehicle airbag production technology. They broke through the traditional welding mode, highly integrated various welding torches with automated mechanisms, and innovatively introduced AI visual inspection and big data technology, successfully developing the world's leading fully automatic assembly production line for electric vehicle airbag housings.

This production line realizes full-process flexible and intelligent production, increasing production efficiency by 333% compared with the traditional mode and reducing the product defect rate to zero. It has become a benchmark for airbag welding and assembly technology in the industry, providing solid technical support for the company's rapid breakthrough in the new energy vehicle component track.

IV. Inheriting Craftsmanship, Forging Ahead Together

As the company's technical leader, Chen Longxi has always adhered to the spirit of "mentorship and knowledge sharing", sharing his technical experience with team members without reservation. He took the lead in establishing the workshop technical training system, regularly organizing skill exchanges and practical drills, and cultivating more than 20 outstanding automation technical talents, many of whom have become technical backbones of various projects in the company.
